Washington Business Journal reports today that The Donohoe Cos. And USAA Real Estate have teamed up to acquire 7101 Wisconsin Avenue, a Class A office building located in downtown Bethesda, for $105.7 million.
The building’s features include a recently renovated façade, lobby, conference facility and common areas and an occupancy rate hovering around 97%. Donohoe itself is the largest tenant in the building; the company relocated from D.C.’s Glover Park neighborhood last year.
The acquisition is another sign that Bethesda’s business district is thriving, with commercial investors continuing to see long-term value in the region’s downtown real estate.
