The Georgetown House Tour returns for its 88th year on Saturday, April 27, featuring eight stunning residences around the city. Since 1930, St. John’s Episcopal Church has hosted the Georgetown House Tour, which raises funds for ministry and outreach. The theme of this year’s tour is outdoor spaces.
Houses are within an easy walking distance and can be visited at your own pace and in your preferred order. Included on the tour this year are three homes renovated by Christian Zapatka and a property once owned by heiress Evalyn Walsh McLean.
The tour price includes a House Tour Magazine that serves as your admission to each home and includes a map of the houses with background on each. A Parish Tea, held between 2 and 5 pm, and an Architects and Designer’s Panel Discussion, at 3 pm, are also included in the ticket price.
