Looking for something fun to do in DC this weekend? Here are five special events taking place around the city:
*Topgolf is partnering with Coca-Cola and Black Clover to bring its iconic experience to Nats Park all weekend! Expect a lively crowd, delicious food, beer, and friendly competition that golfers and non-golfers will enjoy.
*The 10th annual 17th Street Festival kicks off at noon on Saturday, highlighting the shops and restaurants of 17th Street NW with over sixty local vendors, businesses, and artists participating. There will also be a Kids Zone with an inflatable slide and live entertainment. Admission is free, and the festival will run on the 1500 & 1600 blocks of 17th St NW.
*Yoga Factory is offering a free yoga class atop 12 Stories at the Wharf from 11 AM to noon on Saturday. The bar will also offer a free bottle of prosecco to attendees for parties of two or more. The event is first-come first-serve.
*The Riggsby is extending its Summer Restaurant Week deals through the weekend, with special lunch, brunch, and dinner menus, featuring upscale American cuisine. Other DC restaurants with extended Restaurant Week offerings include Supra, Casolare, and Brothers and Sisters.
*The Shakespeare Theatre Company will present a complimentary screening of The Princess and the Frog on Sunday morning at 11 AM. Reservations suggested.
